Strawberries, Swiss chard & bibb lettuce with low humidity, low lighting, hight nutrient concentration of 2500 - 3500 PPM ph 5.8 lettuce and swiss chard were   ok, straberry leafs were crunchy dry and plant only produced 3 small berries.

The plant is in the center of a sprinkler facing down, this allowed the plant roots to widend and give the plant a better support.

healthy roots 4' long plant only produced  4 small tomatoes. temperatures were in the 90's ph 5.2 to 5.4 nutrient concentration was 2500 to 3000.

closer look at issues with the plants.

double bucket grew plants well but was very cumbersome. the 2 towers permormed  well even though one of them grew algee. guess wich one.

The white pail grew algea but the plants did quite well considering the low lighting, poor ph and nutrients concentration.

Indeterminate tomato plant in 4 gal.  DWC outdoor in lanai, did quite well execpt for the amount of water the plant consumed for this size tub, plant was not grown to full size.

Outdoor tower with seedling starting to sprout, notice the plastic food wrap. this helped the tower keep moisture to propogate the seeds. after the seedlings were 1" tall plastic wrap is removed.
